Ripe, partly dried yellow fruit on the nose, delicate hint of bacon, herbaceous and mineral traces,some vegetal and spicy notes. Partly dried and very ripe fruit again on the palate, prominent herbs and spices, quite creamy, moderate acidity, good substance and persistence, touch of candied nuts, fairly soft but also quite complex on a good to very good finish.
