DOC for sweet (Amabile) white wines in the Italian region (island) Sardinia . The zone covers the entire province of Cagliari and in some cases the provinces of Oristano and Nuoro, with a total of nearly 200 municipalities. The Amabile is the eponymous species Nuragus (85-100%), and any other permitted white varieties (up to 15%) blended. There is also a sparkling wine Amabile.
