The most important grape varieties
In 1997, AC-classified area in the southwest region of Southwest France . He was for the white wines from the area of Madiran created and includes 240 hectares of vineyards in the Gers department, Pyrenees-Atlantiques and Hautes-Pyrenees. He is in the variants sec (dry), moelleux (semisweet) and expanded doux (sweet). Known producers include Château d'Aydie , Barrejat Château, Château Laffitte-Teston, Domaine Berthoumieu, Château Montus (Brumont), Domaine Capmartin, Damien's Domaine, Domaine de Diusse, Domaine du Crampilh, Domaine Frédéric Laplace, Sergent Domaine, Domaine Tailleurguet and Producers Cooperative Plaimont.
