The wines
The vast majority of the wines are very well made, some of them are even excellent. In a few cases a more judicious use of oak would probably provide even more drinking pleasure. Overall a range that can be thoroughly recommended.The Wines

Fairly fresh, slightly tart cherry and plum fruit on the palate, noticeable barrel notes, cedary wood, slightly one-dimensional and not particularly deep, hint of red berries, integrated tannins, fairly light-bodied on an attractive finish.

Fairly light-bodied on the palate, slightly tart but nevertheless gentle and cool preserved red berry fruit, nutty and cedary wood notes dominate the wine, prominent astringent tannins on an attractive finish. Uncertain prognosis as to whether the wine will ever be able to integrate all the oak.
