The estate is located in the town of Neumarkt (Enga) in the Italian wine sector South Tyrol (Area Trentino-Alto Adige ). It was founded in 1987 by Peter Dipoli, who after training at the institute in San Michele all'Adige and returned after five years at the test center on his parents' fruit farm Laimburg. The launch took place through the purchase of 1.2 acres in the district of the municipality Kurtatsch Penon. After a complete replanting of the vineyard with vines-Sauvignon Blanc 1990, there were the first harvest. In the early years, the grapes were processed in the basement of a friend who in 1998 put into operation its own cellar. The vineyards cover 4.6 hectares of vineyards. They are planted with Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. There are three wines Fihl (Merlot), Iugum (Sauvignon Blanc) and Voglar (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon) and DOC South Tyrol (Alto Adige) pressed. Every year around 40,000 bottles of wine are produced. The winery is a member of the vintners outside South Tyrol.

Paradoxically, initially the wine appears mature, then becomes fresher and gains presence, yellow fruit, vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate nutty traces, some elderberry flowers, prominent mineral notes in the background. Fairly mature again on the palate, fruit firms up with aeration, delicate nutty notes, elegant acidity, fairly creamy, very good persistence, earthy, vegetal and herbaceous traces, prominent elderberry and mineral notes, very good finish. Drink this wine too soon or too quickly, and you will miss its inherent quality.

Fairly mature nose, mixed pickles, partly dried and preserved mixed berries, earthy notes, toasted, spicy oak. Soft fruit, cereals and prominent vegetal notes, oak with mature tannins, fairly persistent, slightly dissolute contours, herbs and spices in the background, hint of cloves, good finish. Contours are softening as it matures.

Rounded, preserved plums and red berries on the nose, herbs and spices, mineral notes and sugar candy. Ripe, fairly spicy fruit on the palate, rounded and quite juicy, mature tannins, very creamy, fairly persistent, earthy and mineral notes, tobacco, roasted notes and chocolate, good to very good finish.

Mature nose, partly dried red and black berries, touch of mixed pickles, some bacon, prominent nutty, sooty, toasted oak. Plenty of oak again on the palate, partly dried fruit and mixed pickles, light fleshy notes, slightly astringent tannins, fairly rustic style, still has quite a good finish.

Medium-intense nose, mixed pickles, preserved mixed berries, hint of roasted oak, some plums, dried herbs. Fairly juicy ripe fruit on the palate, touch of mixed pickles, light spicy oak, slightly dusty and slightly astringent tannins, light acid bite, good persistence, more herbaceous and light animal traces, has some depth, juicy on the finish with elegant spice.

Preserved black berries and plums on the nose, dried herbs, smoky and roasted notes. Elegant juicy dark fruit on the palate, prominent oak, herbaceous traces, fine sandy and slightly astringent tannins, not particularly deep, good finish.

Firm and gripping on the üalate, elegant tart vegetal notes, crisp fruit, prominent acid bite, prominent mineral notes again, persistent, deep, also still a little austere, appears youthful, very long finish. Much more impressive than the first sample.
