The winery "Bodegas Primicia" is located in Laguardia in Rioja sub-area Spanish Rioja . It was founded by Julian Madrid. Today it is owned by the families of the sons of the founder Madrid Castañeda. In 1985, a new winery was built outside the city. The vineyards cover 45 hectares of vineyards that are planted mainly with the classic Rioja Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo, as well as Cabernet Sauvignon. For the 5500 expansion oak barrels are made of mostly French oak available. There are, for example, the wine brands curium, Diezmo, Julian Madrid and Viña Carravalseca (single layer). About 60% of production is exported.
