In Germany, common name for a wine from pale to bright red color of any specified region, which is produced by blending of white and red grapes or their mash (but not the must or wine). It is therefore a mixed set , but the designation would Rosé wrong. Certain varieties are not prescribed it. The name can be used for aerated sparkling wine, sparkling wine or sparkling wine, when they were manufactured only from wine, called "must Rotling" lead. Rotlinge are known as the Baden rose gold (Baden) and the Schillerwein (Württemberg).
