DOC (also Sant'Agata dei Goti) for red, rosé and white wines in the Italian region of Campania . The zone includes the eponymous municipality of Sant'Agata in the province of Benevento. The Bianco is blended from Falanghina and Greco (each 40-60%), and other permitted white varieties (up to 20%). Rosso (also called Novello) and are pressed from Aglianico Rosato and Piedirosso (each 40-60%), and other permitted red varieties (up to 20%). The varietal Aglianico, Greco, Falanghina (also known as raisin) and Piedirosso must consist of at least 90% of each variety, the remaining 10% may be other approved varieties of the same color.
