Saperavi
The red grapes (also Saperavi Patara) comes from Georgia. The very brightly colored and acid-rich clusters with strong reddish flesh are particularly suitable for blends as coloring Teinturier (Dyer grapes). The late-maturing, high yielding variety is resistant to frost and therefore well suited for cold regions. In Georgia, it will mark the unmixed wine Mukuzani pressed. The red wines can be quite capable of aging. The vine is in almost every wine-performing countries in the former USSR, Eastern Europe, in the State of New York and widespread in Canada. She is also a popular Table grape used. Among the varieties Bastardo Magaracha , Granatovyi , Rubinovyi Magaracha and Saperavi Severnyi she was crossing partner.
