DOC for white wines in the Italian region Sardinia . The zone includes the entire provinces of Cagliari (109 municipalities), Nuoro (97), Oristano (78) and Sassari (88). The wines are made from the eponymous variety Semidano (85-100%), and any other permitted white varieties. There is a dry-developed standard version with 13% alcohol by volume content Superiore can call. If this wine comes from the community Mogoro or eight municipalities in the province of Oristano, or from the three communities Collinas, Sardara and Villanovaforru in the province of Cagliari, the text must be listed on the label Mogoro. There is also a sparkling wine in the variants Secco, Amabile and Dolce, and a sweet raisin wine with 15% alcohol content.
