The most important grape varieties
The same for the community (dt "Savigny near Beaune") named appellation with some 350 hectares of vineyards situated in the part of the Côte de Beaune, Cote d'Or in Burgundy . In an engraving from 1703 is apostrophized the wines that they are "nutritious, theologically and dispelling diseases" are. Of the 20 Premiers Crus with a total of 212 hectares of vineyards are the main La Dominode, Aux Guettes, Lavières Les, Les Marco Netts, Narbantons Les, Les Peuillets, Les Rouvrettes Vergelesses and Aux. These are marketed under the AC Savigny-lès-Beaune Premier Cru. 90% of long-lived red wines from Pinot Noir, with shares of Pinot Gris and Pinot Liebault be produced. Alternatively, the AC may be used Savigny-Cote de Beaune. The white wines are produced from Chardonnay with proportions of Pinot Blanc. Well-known producers are Simon Bize, Bouchard Pere et Fils , Domaine Chandon de Briailles, Camus Brochon, Bruno Clair Domaine Maurice Ecard, Domaine Jean-Jacques Girard, Jadot , Domaine Leroy , Domaine Jean Marc Pavelot Tollot-Beaut and Domaine.
