Dried and overripe berries on the nose, light earthy notes, roasted nuts and dark nougat. Soft, fairly gentle preserved and dried fruit on the palate, moderate spice, some chocolate and nougat, delicate herbaceous traces, moderate tannins, fairly warm style, bone dry on a good finish.

Caramelised and dried yellwo fruit on the palate, old oak and cedary notes, earthy notes and bread. Noticeable, well integrated oak on the palate, more spicy, earthy and cedary notes, creamy, sweet caramelised pomaceous fruit and muscat, slightly tart with vegetal notes, moderate integrated acidity, quite full-bodied, raisiny notes, delicately bitter notes typical of the variety, very good long finish.

Must apples on the nose, light earthy and vegetal notes. Fairly mature, muted fruit on the palate, earthy and light leafy notes, integrated acidity, attractive finish.

0.75 Liter, 12.6%, # Sc-L02-09

Slightly dumb nose, earthy and light animal notes, preserved and dried berries. Tart earthy notes again on the palate, preserved berry fruit, light bitter notes in the background, mineral traces, some coarse old oak, integrated, slightly sandy tannins, has character and backbone, tart and earthy on a good finish.

Candied yellow fruit on the nose, earthy notes and some nutshells, herbaceous herbs and dried oak. Sweet but not opulent on the palate, some old oak and nutty notes in the foreground, candied and caramelized yellow fruit and sultanas, light spicy notes, delicately bitter muscat note in the background, fairly moderate integrated acidity, slightly spicy on an attractive to good finish.
