Behind the organization "Trias - terroir, passion, pleasure," There are five wineries in the German wine-growing area Franconia Who see themselves as a quality alliance. The name derives from the era that gave rise to CHF 225 million years ago, the rock formations of sandstone, limestone and Keuper. The aim of the Trias-wine is terroir vinify embossed, dry wines of the highest quality and marketed under that name. These wines correspond to the large greenhouse under VDP . The members are Prince Paul from the winery Prince Rudolf (Bürgstadt), Robert Haller of the winery Prince Loewenstein (Wertheim), John John Ruck (Iphofen), Charles Martin Schmitt of the winery Schmitt's children (Randersacker) and Armin Störrlein (Randersacker).
