Sweetish sugar candy, dark fruit on the nose, roasted aromas and chocolate, light vegetal and smoky notes. Quite soft on the palate, lots of sweetish oak and chocolate, behind this some dark fruit, slightly astringent tannins, fairly juicy, although the roasted oak dominates, fairly creamy, not particularly deep, dry tannins and dominant oak on an otherwise attractive finish.
