The "champagne VAUX-factory" is located in Eltville in the German wine-growing region Rheingau . The origin is in 1868 with the founding of the Society in Berlin. All sparkling wines are produced according to traditional method of bottle fermentation. They are generated from base wines include Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. The basic cuvee of the house is the "Vaux Cuvée" from Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Riesling. The base wines that come from multiple German sparkling wine-growing regions. Furthermore, there is a "Riesling Brut", "Rose Brut" and the red sparkling wine "Cuvée Rouge."
