Partly dried yellow fruit and apple peel on the nose, delicate herbaceous traces, elegant spice. Light-bodied, dry and spicy on the palate, some more dried yellow fruit, quite a lot of apple, fairly persistent, harmonious, elegant tart notes, in the background, fairly mature, spicy on an attractive finish.

Dried yellow fruit and some apple peel on the nose, fairly shy and muted, with delicate herbaceous notes. Firm and bone-dry, more notes of dried fruit, polished, quite fresh, slightly lemony acidity, not a lot of fruit, but has character, backbone and bite, attractive to good finish.Very good partner with food.

Fairly juicy on the palate, some more roasted notes and cocoa, smoky notes, astringent tannins, slightly brittle, but has good persistence, floral notes, slightly bitter and astringent notes on an otherwise attractive to good finish.

Tranquil and rather austere on the palate, hint of apple fruit and elegant spicy yeasty notes, some berries and floral notes in the background, light nutty notes, fairly complex, appealing, softish mousse, overall a restrained, tranquil style, delicate bitter notes on an attractive finish.
