Villa Franciacorta
The estate is located in the municipality of Monticelli Brusati (Brescia), the Italian region Lombardy . It was founded in 1960 by Alessandro Bianchi. He purchased more than 100 hectares of land near the church where the remains of a 16th of the -Century medieval village were. He called it Villa, which was found together with the range of Gutsname. The village was completely restored in the sequence. The vineyards cover 37 hectares of vineyards with supported by dry stone terraces, with the white grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, as well as with the red varieties Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Carmenère, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera and Nebbiolo planted.
