The traditional winery located in the town court in the Austrian wine region-Grassnitzberg Südsteiermark . It is run by the family since 1912. The foundation for the quality of operation laid the parents of the current owners and Johanna Reinhold Polz. On the initiative of Erich and Walter Polz, in 1997 the first Austrian quality wine producer group (EZG) created. In these 25 winemakers around 30 hectares are cultivated.
