The Garlider Winery at the Eisack Valley
The estate is located in the municipality Feldthurns in Eisacktal in the Italian wine region South Tyrol (region of Trentino-Alto Adige ). The former supplier of grapes produced and marketed for the Year 2003 The company itself is run by Christian and Veronica Kerschbaumer supported by the parents. The vineyards consist of four hectares, which is one acre in rent. It will be processed only grapes from our own production, which are the white varieties Grüner Veltliner, Sylvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Grigio and Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Noir. The fermentation and the expansion takes place in large wooden barrels made of acacia and oak wood. The product range includes different wines of the DOC areas Eisacktaler (Valle Isarco) and South Tyrol . Every year around 20,000 bottles of wine are produced. The winery is a member of the vintners' associations free organic wine growers and South Tyrol.

Full-bodied on the palate, ripe fruit, elegant tart spicy notes, prominent herbs and some leeks, elegant, firm acidity, earthy and mineral notes, very creamy with noticeable alcohol, but also has cool elements, compact and persistent, good depth, prominent earthy and mineral notes tart vegetal notes and delicate peppery spice on a very good finish.

Fairly shy nose, touch of pomaceous fruit, some hay, light mineral and herbaceous notes. Compact and full-bodied on the palate, slightly bitter mineral notes, persistent, some peppery traces, restrained fruit, must apple peels and some pomaceous fruit, integrated, ripe acidity, big but not clumsy, loads of character and backbone, not yet completely in balance, good finish. An individualistic wine that needs time to mature.
