The estate is located in the municipality Herbolzheim-Tutschfelden (range Breisgau) deutchen in the region of Baden (Germany) . These are planted in addition to Pinot Noir with some Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. The Pinot Blanc is partly removed and partly in stainless steel tanks after a BSA eight months in oak barrels, the Pinot Gris for a BSA 12 months in barriques. The Pinot Noir matured after the BSA for 18 months in new oak barrels.
