Hi,

It's right, the 2003 is a good vintage, like, 2002 and 2001 and 2000 and
1999 ;-)we had 5 very good years subsequently, but 2003 is the one with a
litlle less acidity in some regions, because of a very dry summer.

Kurt Angerer, Wimmer-Czerny are very good, but there are a lot of others,
also available in the U.S. like Pichler, Tement, Anton Bauer, Hirtzberger
and, and, and... And a lot of very good producers are looking for an
importer.

Who do you mean with Leopold? The one from Vienna?

If someone wnts to know something about Austrian Wines, our new Guide with
more than 1000 wines from over 300 winerys
is updated constantely at: www.winetimes.at

or www.wein-plus.com/austrian_guide/index.html

Greetings

Unfortunately I haven't tasted this wine, however, the Hafner TBA 1998 from
Austria is a wonderful award winning dessert wine. Hafner also produces
excellent ice wines.

Eiswein Muscat u. TBA Scheurebe (Old Vienna Composition)- Gold u.
Silbermedaille "Rocky Mountain - Western Canada Wine Award" 2003)

The 2003 vintage from Austria, including Kurt Angerer, Wimmer-Czerny and
Leopold have been tasted and they continue to be among the best examples of
Austrian wine making available in North America.
