The Wines of Germany: Guide to the Winegrowing Regions with Vineyard Maps by
Andrew Jefford has excellent maps and vineyard explanations - published 1994
so a touch dated but Amazon list it.
The German Wine Renaissance by Owen Bird, Tasmanian barrister turned Flying
Winemaker, is a hands-on, uptodate assessment of the German wine industry,
published last year.
